The 2025 Conference will take place in person, face-to-face from 8 am Friday October 3 through 1 pm Sunday October 5 at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, 100 Green Meadows Dr, Lewis Center, OH. Free parking is available for Hotel guests and Conference participants. Register for the Conference and reserve your room now.

Discounted room rate of $159 + taxes and fees is available to Conference participants using Group Code 384808. Reserve your room prior to September 2, 2025 to qualify.  Hotel reservations can be made online using the link, BOOK ROOM or by calling the Front Desk at (614) 880-4300. Hotel guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast, fitness center and pool.

Group dinners are included with advance registration. Dinner is not included for onsite registration or those received after September 20, 2025.  Guest dinners may be purchased for non-participants at $65 per dinner; please use the Conference Registration Form to name guests and meal choices.

• Electronic Registration:  Download, print and fill out the Registration Form.  Scan it, or take a legible close-up photo with your cell phone camera, and attach the pdf or jpg file to an email to gpytca@gmail.com with the Subject Line, CONFERENCE.  Then pay your registration fee and any additional guest dinners through our secure website Store.
• Mail-In Registration:  Download, print and fill out the Registration Form.  Mail it with your check payable to GPYTCA to:  CONFERENCE REGISTRATION, PO Box 447, Fallbrook CA 92088.  Be sure to include guest dinner information and payment, if applicable.
